As a Marketing Director, graphic designer, and leader, I have developed a diverse set of skills and experience that enable me to effectively promote, elevate, and design for a company. My nearly 10 years of experience in marketing includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets and campaigns, and analyzing data to measure the success of marketing efforts.

As a designer, I have 18 years of experience creating visual concepts, layout design, typography, branding, and color theory. My greatest passion is connecting with others to build a collective and effective expression of the company. With a desire to serve, a passion to grow in skill and efficiency, and a zeal to solve problems, I am confident in leading any marketing and creative endeavor that come my way.

As a leader, I have taught and led videographers, photographers, designers, and copywriters, setting the pace and the direction for the team, while ensuring that everyone feels needed and understood. I enjoy discovering the key motivating factors for each team member while setting clear expectations and communication channels to drive creativity, commitment, and dependability.
